You are responsible for sharing immunization records. You can submit all vaccine records to our email or send as a text or bring in during your next visit.

**If your dog is unable to receive a certain vaccination, please provide documentation from the Vet so we can note in our system. The vet may administer titer or like tests to demonstrate health.

Once your dog is old enough for rabies + other vaccines, then you should immunize them accordingly. Consult with your vet.
